This is a very spacious house with a two living rooms, a sizable backyard with fire pit, washer and dryer, and a fully functional kitchen apart from a working dishwasher. I am looking for two more lease-holders to move in August 1st. Rent for the open rooms will be $550/mo before utilities. There are already dogs, so any more pets would have to be considered carefully. One of the open rooms will come furnished, as well as both living rooms. Tenants pay for gas, electric, trash and water.
