Hi! I'm looking for someone to move in to the primary bedroom in my 3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo right next to the Trax station & The Front climbing gym in Murray. The room has a walk-in closet and lovely south-facing windows for morning and evening light, incredible views of the Wasatch Mountain range, plus a bathroom with bathtub & shower combo!
Rent is $795+ utilities split three ways (it's just Murray Power and Dominion Energy. The bills were under $50 this winter and the two bills total have been less than $100 in previous summer months) Fast WiFi internet is included in the rent!
Top load washer and drier in our unit. Gym is on the 2nd floor and covered parking in the parking lot.
We have a furnished living room and some kitchen gadgets.
The lease renews at the end of October, with the option to renew for another 12 months. I'll give you my parking sticker for your vehicle window and/or there's an option for a one-time $50 purchase for a parking pass.
A little about me- I'm 30, queer, plant daddy and my bff is my doggy. I'm moving in with my mom while I recover from an ectopic pregnancy and chemotherapy. My new home is several hours south of SLC.
My roommate (the wonderful human staying in the condo, the smaller of the 2 rooms) is 20, queer, they/them, nb, v quiet, and enthusiastic about Napoleon Dynamite.
They will remain on the lease and live in the condo. I will also remain on the lease and I will visit SLC and visit my dear roomie/lil sib, and all three of us (you, current roomie, and me) will discuss that arrangement.
If you have an animal they need to have esa paperwork. The leasing office will ask for paystubs and run a background check.
ESA animals are allowed with paperwork. WiFi is included. Covered parking is included.
