Large upstairs, covered deck/balcony, open on both ends. The garage has new automatic door & remote (most standard cars and small to midsize SUVs fit nicely. New washer/dryer large capacity. New flooring upstairs and new fireplace in master for heat when needed. Stainless Whirlpool kitchen suite of appliances (gas range, frig and dishwasher) new paint, new patio and deck furniture, landscaped. No smoking in the house or balcony area. Well behaved & quiet pets are a yes w/pet deposit. Ring security cameras provided for tenant use. Tenant is responsible for registering with Ring and using security video storage services for $30 a year. (Optional but recommended) This is an old and quirky place only 2 blocks to downtown Pleasanton or the Pleasanton Fairgrounds. Typically very quiet with long-term residents in all surrounding homes. Tenant must abide by basic home owner assoc guidelines of complex & a copy can be provided. Landlord & or tree company has to have access to back yard 1-2 times a year for tree/yard/sprinkler maintenance. Absolutely no barking doggies. Ultimately I'm only choosing someone who has submitted an application. I do check your references and background check. You will be responsible for a small amount of upkeep only in the back yard such as watering and occasional picking up leaves. Move in ready approx Feb 5/6/2023.
