They are located directly across the street from the Missouri Botanical Garden and just two blocks North of Tower Grove Park, the second-largest park in the City of St. Louis (it's huge). There is approximately1,400sf of living space with HARDWOOD FLOORS throughout. All three BEDROOMS are FULL SIZE and come with CONTEMPORARY CEILING FANS and dimmer switches; one of the bedrooms has the BAY WINDOW, while the other has a large DOUBLE-DOOR CLOSET. The Living Room has a contemporary DRUM SHADE light fixture (with dimmer switch) plus a large Jefferson sash leading out to one of TWO CANTILEVERED BALCONIES. There's a BAY WINDOW DINING ROOM overlooking the Missouri Botanical Garden. The kitchen comes complete with espresso cabinetry, garbage disposer, dishwasher, gas stove (with heavy grates, sealed burners, electric ignition, and self-cleaning oven), and a large capacity refrigerator with glass shelves and ice-maker; there is also a full-size WASHER & DRYER in the apartment. The bathroom has newer fixtures including vanity, mirror, toilet and tub. The apartment is kept warm with natural gas and cooled in the summer with CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING. FYI: Some colors may have changed and the claw-foot tube has been replaced by a more conventional tub and shower. THE NEIGHBORHOOD These apartments are located in The Shaw Neighborhood - one of the best and safest neighborhoods in the City of St. Louis. In addition to being directly across from the street from the Missouri Botanical Garden and one block north of Tower Grove Park (the second-largest park in the City of St. Louis / it's huge), you will be just minutes from Downtown St. Louis, The Central West End, The Grove, St. Louis Ballpark Village, the St. Louis Cardinal Baseball Stadium, St. Louis University, Washington University, The Cortex, St. Louis City Zoo, Washington University Hospital, St. Louis University Hospital, not to mention Shaw's very own boutique restaurants, ice cream parlor and retail shops. MISCELLANEOUS We have off-street parking and storage space in the basement. Your utilities will include gas, electric, cable (optional) and internet (optional). We pay for water, sewer, trash and recycling. The application fee is just $75, (just one fee) which covers all applicants. The security deposit equals one month's rent.
