Off the kitchen is the back entry with a door to the basement where you will find the washer and dryer hookup. There is also an enclosed porch out the back door in the kitchen. Back in the living room you can find a hallway to the 2 bedrooms, full bath, and door to attic area. Tenant pays all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal.
