I am looking for someone to take over the lease for my house. The landlord here is one of the best I've ever dealt with and is aware of the situation. The house is near downtown Mundelein in the Mundelein School district. It's been remodeled/updated recently and has a very nice kitchen with stainless appliances. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath (master bedroom has private bath) with a very large 3 car detached garage with 240V power and a laundry room with included washer/dryer. All appliances are gas so monthly costs are low. The driveway is paved and this house has plenty of parking. I am still currently living here and can show the house in the evenings and on weekends. I hope to be out of here by September 1st; i will have someone thoroughly clean the place the last week of the month to be ready for its new tenants. Tenant responsible for all utilities
