Shared kitchen and living area. Clean and comfortable with a lot of outdoor living space. Nice, quiet neighborhood near downtown Venice and Venice Beach. No smoking. No pets (I have two indoor cats that stay on my side of the house and house is kept very clean). Long term, one adult only. No defined lease but prefer long term rental only.
