You will have an early termination clause in the lease if you want , if you need to move out before the lease ends, you simply pay a fee and give me 30 days notice, this is very helpful if you need to switch jobs, etc, you are not stuck , and possibly have the credit dinged for nonpayment throughout the remainder of the lease
