Full bike access and bus spot 2 minutes from the front door. Anna and I recently graduated from CU and work in Boulder - we are looking for another worker/grad student to move in. We keep the house very clean. Huge backyard with flowering trees and bushes. No pets, we are both very allergic to cats. There is a dish washer, lots of storage, and sun room. You would have a full room upstairs, a large downstairs living room, and bathroom to yourself. No AC but your room has two big windows that work well for a personal unit. Utilities are around $100/mo. Move in as early as May 1st with a security deposit of one month. Lease agreement ends August 1st, but there is potential to stay into the coming year. Tenet is responsible for utilities, but maintenance is covered by lease. Two parking spots in the driveway and 2 large street spots.
