We pay for the water and trash, you pay your gas and electric. There is laundry on site and one covered parking space is included in the rent.
This is a pet friendly building (but please make sure that your pet is well behaved!). We're a family run business and take pride in providing a nice, quiet place for people to live. This is not the place to party; you can do that at your friend's house.
