The studio is fully furnished: - Kitchen has a medium size fridge with freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, Keurig coffee machine with reusable k-cup, pans, pots, cutting boards, glasses, mugs, cutlery, serving spoons, cooking tools. - Queen-sized bed, 4 pillows, 2 sets of sheets, 1 blanket, 2 bed covers, and comforter for the winter. (More upon request). - Bathroom with toilet, shower, shower curtain, and bathroom mat. - Window AC unit and Space Heater. Owner pays for utilities. Renter is responsible for taking the trash out, and housekeeping every month will be included with the price, but the renter will be responsible for having it ready for the housekeeper to come in. No pets please, no smoking of any type, or illicit drug use. No parties of 7 people or over. No guns on the premises or near. Free parking on the street (quiet, neighborhood street). (FYI, Owners also park on the street). We live in the premises, and a small dog will be in the property's backyard. We expect the renter to follow all the neighborhood rules and city ordinances.
