We have applications in our office available for pick-up or we can email one to you. There is a $30.00 application fee per person on the application. All persons living in the property over the age of 18 are required to go on the application. Once application and fee are turned in we will schedule a time to take you to view the property. After viewing the property if you are no longer interested your application fee will be refunded to you. If you are interested the screening process will begin, this includes verifying the application and a credit and background check. Applications will be processed in the order that they are received. Please limit all telephone inquiries to Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
