This is a vacation rental property is centrally located in Cape Coral Florida it has a in the ground pool the property is located on a saltwater canal with a beautiful view. There is a boat lift and a boat dock that we fish off of. We believe in keeping our property neat and clean there are three bedrooms two bathrooms the master suite has sliding doors that walk out to the pool area. The house comes fully furnished with towels linens a full kitchen with all the cooking utensils there are beach chairs and floaties that can be used by the renters.. In the laundry room there are a washer and dryer that are available to use there are 3 flat screen TVs in the house with Comcast cable 2 in the bedroom a large 60 inch television in the living room there is also a pull out sofa in the formal living room that can also sleep two people so the house actually sleeps 8 comfortably.
