Very private and secluded single family home with newer dual glazed vinyl windows, paint, and other upgrades. Cooler has been recently serviced, fridge is a newer model with freezer below. Very nice fireplace upstairs. Great for single person or small family with one bedroom and 2 bonus rooms. Technically, bedrooms have closets - so the only bedroom is upstairs and is roughly 10 x 12 with a sloping ceiling. Of the bonus rooms, one is a small room upstairs directly adjacent from the bathroom and could be an office (9x11) and there is a large family (12x17) room/sleeping quarters downstairs (the bathroom is upstairs however) with epoxy coated, low maintenance floors. The laundry room is also downstairs. Yard if fully fenced with an upper yard and lower yard that are separated by a gate. The lower yard ties into the downstairs bonus room with a dog door that will accommodate a large dog. Frazier Park is a relatively small town with relaxed people who mostly fled from LA insanity. If you can handle a little bit of a commute (around 45min - 1hr) and some occasional bad weather (snow and ice), dirt roads (Oakmont trail is not paved), appreciate small town life, and enjoy privacy, quiet, and fresh air... then this may be a good place for you. Renter pays for all utilities and 100 dollar additional deposit per animal. Small/medium dogs are okay, and I would like to meet the dog(s) before signing the agreement if possible. NO CATS. No smoking inside the house please. There are two parking spaces on the property and a third location on Oakmont trail alongside the property.
