The house looks good from the front yard and has been maintained but has been abandoned since 2018 and has been broken into, robbed of valuable things and vandalized. One window is broken and the back room (storage room) has detached from the back of the house and needs to be removed. Needs a new roof and more dirt and gravel around the house to prevent more erosion. It needs to be emptied and cleaned. Looters have dumped out all the drawers and closets and storage items everywhere. We are not able to remove these items or clean due to being out of town as well as health issues so buyer will be fully responsible for all cleanup and repairs. The garage has been closed in for the 4th bedroom. .
