It is a sunny vintage home with a great community of tenants - 5 min walk to Ferry, Bus Station, Grocery Outlet, and Farmers Market.
This upper floor unit is in a very well-designed duplex in a small 6-plex community of 1bd/1ba+office homes, with many long-term, quiet, busy WFH professionals and grad students. The cottage is located off the main street, sharing only the kitchen and bath wall with ONE other tenant. This unit has beautiful vintage tile, hardwood floors, and lovely light from large South facing windows overlooking the flower filled patio. In the last four years the landlords have replaced all the windows, re-roofed with 6 inches of extra insulation, upgraded the foundation, replaced heaters, and installed a new backsplash with Silestone countertops. You won't find a better maintained rental in Vallejo!
The landlords are attentive and live in Napa. All dog breeds are allowed and we actively look for responsible dog owners to join our community. We currently have a Staffordshire Bull Terrier and an English Bull Terrier. All dogs are well exercised and managed. (All dogs are walked multiple times daily and are not "yappy". But, please be aware there is no yard and dogs are not allowed off leash in the shared back patio.) For those with dogs, please be prepared to show proof of S/N, microchips, and to discuss your dog training and management strategies.
