Large yard , with back private area for BBQ/sitting. The neighborhood is QUIET. SAFE. House has ring cameras/doorbell. Most the foot traffic is neighbors walking. No dogs bark at night. There is a park near(multiple in the area). Alberta Street is a hotspot for food and shopping. The traffic/location from downtown is perfect. During heavy traffic, Fairly smooth. 12-15 minutes from downtown, At most times. Smooth commute. Close in feel.. I would like to rent both rooms to someone that wants a private space. Or 2 people with active lives/work schedules. Would make a perfect Bedroom/office. No noise. I can entertain someone that needs some level of caretaking.
