Neghborhood is quiet, school is right across the street and is an "A" school with a state API score well over 800. Backyard is level and almost rectangular. We have a wonderful view of Palomar Mountian. Association is $70 and has a clubhouse, two pools and two hot tubs. They do many organized events for children and families, ex: July 4th BBQ, Easter egg hunt, Winter Holiday party with horse drawn trolley to go looking at neighborhood lights.
