Our home is a modular home, built in 2011. It has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom is pretty big with a master bathroom that has a whirlpool tub and a separate shower and dual sinks. There is a fireplace in the living room. A nice sized pantry and butler’s pantry off the kitchen. All appliances are electric. We added the modular to an already existing 3 car garage with living quarters. There are 2 rooms upstairs and one room below those two rooms. We added our new basement onto the old basement and connected the two. Both basements are currently unfinished but have the potential for several more bedrooms or a family room or a game room or craft room. There is a cellar door that opens into the basement on the north end of the house. Also there is a 60x100 shop to the south of the house with a driveway between the house and shop. The shop has a large roll up door with an opener to open it. And it has been spray foam insulated. Our house is about a 20 min drive from Menards and about a 20 min drive from Holcomb. It sits on 9 acres of land that has kept animals for our family and we have grown our own garden for most of the years we have lived here.
