This cozy 2 story apartment is attached to my home but has a separate entrance. It is located in a residential neighborhood a couple of blocks away from the Tenleytown metro stop on the red line. It is relatively close to American University. It has a miniature galley kitchen with no oven. The bedroom is up a set of stairs so this unit would not work for someone who has difficulty climbing a flight of stairs. No smoking is allowed. Owner pays for all utilities except for a phone land line. One pet is negotiable, depending it's size. No smoking is allowed. Tenant will share my washer and dryer and will be required to pay $2.00 for a wash and $2.00 per load in the dryer.
