The bathroom is pretty small with a closet and a standing shower. The kitchen is a good size with room for a dining table. There is a back entry way off the kitchen which also has the washer and dryer. There is a small attached shed for storage. The back yard is large with off street parking. Pet Deposit is $500 with $25 pet rent per animal. Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent. Our Renting Process: 1.
