TV and Internet connections available. Cat or dog is allowed for an extra $20/month. Garage and extra space for storage. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, and microwave provided. Tenants mow the small lawn (lawnmower provided) and shovel snow off sidewalk (shovel is also there).
