Hardwood floors and high ceilings give ambiance to this "penthouse" with a specially built kitchen which includes a dishwasher, double door refrigerator, and center isle dining area with sink and storage. To the side of the kitchen is a large outdoor deck for dining, with the private circular staircase entrance and the best view of the entire property. The living area shares the space with the kitchen/dining area with its beautiful hardwood floors and custom floor-to-ceiling shelves. A Victorian style couch faces two chairs and the wall mounted smart TV. Ceiling fans throughout the complex help cool residents during our warm summer months.
