No credit check or application is required as Guest is required to pay for their stay prior to arrival. We do charge a $495 check-out cleaning fee at 1 time at the check-in time. Pool & Spa & Fire Pit usage is an additionally fee that Guest would pay a deposit at the check-in to use it if wanted. The utilities that are included with the stay are for the home, it does not include Pool, Spa or Fire pit usage that runs off propane.
