The biggest selling point of our home is that it sits on 265.5 feet of shoreline on a beautiful inland lake ( Clear Lake ). We can be boating in the St Lawrence River in just a few minutes but we love that the lake is perfect for water skiing and swimming and fishing. The house has granite floors and accenting, whirlpool bath, beautiful amish built kitchen, central vacuuming, a huge beautiful deck that completely encircles the house. The property has a large garden with a chain link fence around it. The fence is fully stabilized in a concrete foundation. and a beautiful garden shed is the entrance into the garden. Also there is a bunkhouse on the property that has single bunkbeds and double bunkbeds and a bathroom. One more thing the property has is a complete rv or trailer hookup, with a nice platform deck. The hookup includes septic electric and water. The house is about fifteen years old with a brand new metal roof, in floor hot water heat with a 2 year old propane boiler that comes with an underground 1000 gallon propane tank. The house is so energy efficient that USUALLY we can heat the entire house for the winter with one tank of fuel. Our site is Very private , one of the most private lots on the lake, accessed by a private road. We have a wonderful water system. You won't appreciate it until you experience it Our water is pumped from the lake then chlorinated and then the chlorine is filtered out. Water can be used for watering plants and there is absolutely no chlorine in it. Our dishes come out SPOTLESSLY clean due to the soft water and boiler system... our faucets never rust or corrode no ring around fixtures. Laundry is so beautiful.. it is the thing I will miss MOST about this house. This is a really awesome Summer place that easily can host lots of people or a beautiful year round home as it has been for us.
