The Portland Extended Stay Guest House is for individuals and couples who are seeking an affordable location to stay while in Portland for one month or longer. It's a great place to stay for you if you are: * relocating to Portland * a professional in town for a project or rotation * a short term student in Portland * on a longer-term family and friends visit * living in Portland but temporarily relocating for personal reasons At the Guest House, you stay in your own spacious, furnished room for much less than what you'd pay for a vacation rental, hotel, or an executive stay apartment. Rooms start at $1,095/ month. Listed rates are per month and include all expenses. Guests will have access to: * Large, fully equipped kitchen * Wonderful, light filled living room * High-speed wireless internet access * Washer and dryer in the house (extended stay guest house, boarding, business, rent, guesthouse, boarding house, executive rental, children, short term, short-term, monthly, PCC, OHSU) Guests will share the two bathrooms in the house, as well as the kitchen. Guests are vetted by me, and I screen guests to make sure that they are responsible and respectful. I ask guests to clean up after themselves in the common areas; and I hire a professional cleaner to clean the common spaces once a month. I supply common goods, such as linens, towels, kitchenware, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. All you need to bring is your own toiletries and clothes. This is a plug and play setup for those who are seeking furnished accommodations. Pets aren't allowed at the guest house. Though I love pets, some guests may not like pets, so I can't allow them.
