A "completed application set" includes fully submitted applications and fees for all adults intending to reside at the property, whether legally related or not, and/or any co-signers if applicable. Applications are not deemed complete, and will not secure priority in the application queue, until all co-applicants in the group (and co-signers, if required) have submitted completed applications and all required screening fees have been paid. If responses on the applications are incomplete, unclear, delayed or unprocessable, the application might not secure priority until satisfactory.
