The Hot Tub is right next to the pool and it is nice and HOT! Many boat rentals are a walking distance/block away and The property has a boat launch and a boat lift. The beach is a breath taking 1/2 mile walk and over the Cortez Bridge with marinas everywhere, and the bay is accessible by one block. The super pool that I designed myself with all the bells and whistles like waterfalls colored lights, bubblers, fountains, jets, sun shelves for Adirondacks chairs, and party size in the backyard on the ocean canal is BRAND NEW state of the art equipment including SUPER HEATER and a Hot Tub! The garage has boogie boards, bicycles, kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, etc...And you are walking distance to all the best sports rentals establishments at any of the four marinas for fishing and any kind of fun day charters you can think of; you can see them down the road. In the surrounding village of Cortez they are serving up some of the freshest and most delicious seafood and fun and they are all delivering now! Great gift shops as well which are walking or bicycle distance. Cortez! It is the oldest commercial fishing village in Florida. The village boasts the best of seafood, gift shops, marinas for boats, rentals, and restaurants that offer superb foods. Seafood Shack and marina for Cortez Boat Rentals Tide Tables Cortez Kitchen Starfish restaurant and market SWORDFISH GRILLE! Take a scenic drive and go about 3 miles south on AMI and bridge over to Long Boat Key for scenic drive & visit Mote Wildlife Marine and large and beautiful park. You could continue driving south to reach Lido Key beaches and St. Armand's Circle in Sarasota and further South to Siesta Key for the views! You could also go North on AMI and enjoy a beautiful scenic drive to Bean Point!
