The house caught on fire a couple years ago. It now being repaired slowly. Will sell the how at whatever stage of repair its in for $1l00,000. Will not sell for less. There is alot of debris currently around the house, and will probably need a couple weeks to clear it after buy agrees to the purchase. the deed will only be for the land. it will say that their is a house on the land included in the sale. the house will be listed as probably salvageable.
