It is one open space that encompasses the dining room, kitchen, and living room. That makes the house especially suited for socializing. Enjoy time with your family or invite some friends over whenever you aren't in downtown Dallas. All of the finishing have been recently redone. You'll feel as if the home was built just for your stay! Flashy colors add life to every room and compliment the fun paintings. Even if you're just relaxing after a long day, the expertly designed decor will put you in a good mood. The master bedroom has a lavish king bed. So does the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a sofa bed and bunk bed. The living room's sofa can sleep 1 additional guest (very comfortably), there is also an air mattress available in case you need. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Our back yard is perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. It's a very cozy backyard perfect for all your needs. And the best part is a jacuzzi open 24/7 all year long so you can relax after a day enjoying the city. Our garage can fit one car, 2 more can fit in the back driveway and 2 more can easily park on the street in front of the house. Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. * Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electric, $100 for water and gas) including internet. * Parking available at the 2-car garage, driveway, or street. * Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months. * Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. * No parties or events allowed. * Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. * Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
