We have spent the last 16 years developing this site right on the Rogue River in Agness, Oregon with the large deck, gazebo, rock walls, patio and fire pit as well as a 392’ pole barn for our 28’ airstream, 2 storage sheds, a wood burning stove, French doors, a stacked washer / drier and with all landscaping on a drip system. Our most recent addition was a new rail around the deck and handrail going down to the lower outside area. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and currently twin beds upstairs in the loft. The water, sewer and garbage are included in the HOA or land lease amount due monthly to the owners of the Agness RV Park. It is the largest lot in the park, is move in ready, and the boat launch is adjacent to the cabin with the river right in front. We have loved it there and the community of people who live there are wonderful. At the owners discretion, this cabin can be placed in the Agness RV Park rental pool which would help cover all costs. Days available for rent or for own personal use are selected by the owner.
