A private courtyard is the perfect place for early morning breakfast and coffee or to enjoy at the end of the day. Lots of great places to walk, bike ride and walk the pets. Its is pet friendly with a deposit and approval of the pet by the owner. Lease terms are negotiable. It can be leased by the week, month or multiple months at a time.
