Remarks Written by Owner* Let's skip over the ''this house is the best'' stuff that is typical in remarks and let us share with you plain and honest truth about the pros and cons of our home. Pros: It's a nice neighborhood, walking distance to Treelight Square that has a coffee shop, and several restaurants. It's a little over 2,200 sq ft and is only 6 years old. Has 4 bedrooms plus an office, (while many others have only 3 at this price point). There is a fenced in backyard with landscaping and a pergola. The house has no structural or serious problems that we are aware, and we are the original owners. Cons: We had puppies, and they damaged some of the flooring and trim on the first floor. You may want to replace it or keep it like it is. The house also came with the builder grade flat paint that just wears terribly, so you may want to do some interior and exterior painting and the normal stuff people do to make it your own. We've decided to price the house accordingly but if you would like to talk numbers, talk to our listing agent or have your agent contact her. We are reasonable people; we also decided to reduce the list price $10k for those of you that viewed the home already when it was $449,000 and are considering. Now it is $439,000.
