I have had new tenants ask me in the past what the utilities run, the best answer is explained below. Average can be quite different. An example would be a family of 4 eating some meals in, 4 showers a day, having lots of lights and computers on, and keeping the heat on 74. Now compare that to a single guy...... hardly ever home eating out all the time and keeping heat on 65, and taking one shower every two days, trying to save money. So, needless to say those two bills would be way different. No way to give an honest answer on what the average bill would be. I can say though nobody has ever complained about their bills to me. Oh, and I did not long ago upgrade to insulated windows.
