Also, Apt#15 (1 BD) Rent is $475. Bright and clean. New floor, all surfaces and appliances are cleaned with bleach. Also, Apt#9 (2 BD) :Rent is $535. Clean & bright apartment. New floor, all surfaces and appliances are cleaned with bleach. If you want to see these apartments please call us to arrange for an appointment. After you have seen the apartment, if you are seriously interested, there will be a $35 non-refundable fee for a rental application to do a credit, criminal and landlord/tenant check (we are serious about safety). Additional adults will be charged $35 background check. Sufficient income source will be necessary. Utilities are not included in the rent. We are a Cat friendly building.
