The laundry room is large and has lots of space for storage and to hang clothes. While you do not have a closet, the laundry room could function as a large walk in closet. There is off street parking near the door to the apartment. If desired there is a garage and/or a shed available to rent separately for storage or to put a vehicle. While this is an apartment, because of the layout and the way this building is set up, it feels much like a house. We pay, water, sewer garbage, and heat. YOU pay electric.
