I have an amazing apartment becoming available for rent as of Dec 1st, at 421 Broad St. It is the exact same building where Baggs Sq Cafe is located. The apartment is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom with an open floor plan. Price is $1650 per month, which includes no utilities. If you would like utilities included (gas and electric), it is $1800 per month, but you still need to pay for your own cable and internet (Time Warner). We pay for water, trash and you also have off-street parking and a free gym to use close by at no extra cost. The kitchen has plentiful storage space, with granite counter tops, soft closing drawers and cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances (microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and double door fridge). The apartment also has old refinished hardwood floors and wood ceilings that are absolutely gorgeous. The other really cool feature of this apartment is the exterior wall with all the windows is all brick throughout the entire apartment. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so it gives you a lot of privacy. Also both bedrooms are very large and have their own en-suites, as well as a large walk in closet. One en-suite has a stack-able washer and dryer in a spacious closet. Also off of the kitchen is a large coat/storage closet. Please also know that the apartment has central air for AC and the gray shades you see in windows in the photos come with the apartment. All residential apartments are located on the 5th floor of the building, which is the very top. There are only 5 residential apartments in the whole building and there all located off of the same hallway which you can see in the photos. The views are absolutely amazing and the apartment has a lot of windows, so you're able to enjoy it. All of the other floors in the building consist of offices, so at 5pm every day and on weekends the building is extremely quiet and empty, which makes it really nice for the residences. There is an elevator in the building that takes you up to the 5th floor and there are 2 stairwells as well. We do allow pets at an extra cost, but they must meet our pet policy & criteria before we can accept them into the building.
