It was being changed over to pex and the plumber got half way done then never came back. I have all the parts that he said were needed, just need someone to do it. The foundation on the north side has a hole in it that can be concreted. Or it can be dug out and concrete poured in. There is a leak at the south side dormer window on the roof that leaks into the bathroom when it rains from a certain angle. The flaps just need to be tucked in from what a roofer told me. Because of this, the ceiling on the upstairs bathroom needs to be fixed. The crowns on the north side also need to be replaced. I have shingles for one of them. A bathroom was put in the basement prior to my purchasing it. Needs some work on it as well. There was also a leak from the kitchen sink. It has been repaired but the drywall in the basement needs to be replaced. Insulation was blown in the attic, a chimney liner put in and the duct work replaced in 2008. Any changes or upgrades were before my time and I have no idea when they were done. Sewer line was snaked from house to street in August 2014. There are some other issues that involve redecorating/updating inside, but that's personal preference.
