The laundry room is spacious enough to accommodate side by side or stacked washer/dryer...this house is in a very quiet, safe and well lit neighborhood with minimal traffic and only 3 minute drive to UCF and is in close proximity to toll road 417 and several supermarkets, shopping centers and pharmacies (Walmart/Publix,Walgreens/CVS, Etc./many different restaurants and also multiple different fast food businesses. The house also includes a 2 car garage and a driveway that accommodates 2 more cars. The backyard is spacious and fenced in for extra privacy and also includes a full sized in ground swimming pool which is entirely surrounded by a child proof locking security fence for added safety for families with young children. I would prefer a pet free house due to complications I've encountered in the past with a tenant and I would rather avoid the trouble ..if a pet is a must because it's already part of your family we may or may not include a fee.The kitchen is big with plenty of cabinet and countertop space and has French doors that gives you access to the backyard and the pool. There is also a fireplace in the family room on the first floor. Renter is responsible for water, gas, electric, lawn care, and pool maintenance. Renter is also responsible for taking the garbage and recycle out to the curb on garage collection day and returning the containers back to the side of the house after the garbage/recycle is collected. Renter is also responsible for keeping the front of the house clean and follow the home association rules and regulations.
