The Murphy beds can be folded up allowing more floor space when not in use. Each Cottages By The Bay STUDIO unit includes bamboo floors, a separate kitchen with granite counter tops, all new fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The utility area includes a front-loading washer-dryer, and the bathroom features a pedestal sink and a Kohler deep-soaking tub.
