The house is 1500 sq ft on .98 acres, about 3 miles from downtown Olympia. The drive from downtown to here takes you along the Olympia water front and then through Priest Point Park, a 314-acre regional nature park with one mile of saltwater shoreline. The lot has several large fir and cedar trees around the house, an existing raised bed garden, apple, flower cherry, and Madrona trees, and a large open area on the other side of the property than the house with great south west exposure. The portion of the acre with the house on it is fully fenced, and the other half is fenced on three sides, with field fencing along the fourth side. The house is on a perimeter foundation, our main source of heat is the wood stove, with tile, wood and laminate wood flooring throughout. We still have some work to finish before the house would be available. We intend to finish painting the exterior and interior, have the roof redone by a licensed roofer and finish the second bathroom.
