This is a single fully furnished bedroom. I am a University of Maryland student and I am looking for someone to take over my rent for the following months. My landlord is very nice, and the new tenant would have to make a rent agreement with her directly for the April, May, June and July months. There is a $350 security deposit the tenant would have to pay. The house is located on Van Buren street. It is like 10 minutes walk to the business school/public policy building(less than a mile). About 15 minutes to Giant and PG Plaza and College Park station. 5-7 minutes to Whole Foods on Baltimore Avenue. The rent is $735 per month and an additional $25-$35 for electricity. The room is fully furnished, you will live there on your own and you also have your separate entrance from the yard. There is also one graduate student who would be sharing the bathroom with you. The room has high-speed internet which is free. It is a very good and safe neighborhood. The parking is also free. I am looking for someone to take over my rent from April 1st to July 31st. The room costs $735 per month+electricity payment(around $30-$35 per month)
