The condo is in a great location. The neighbors and community are amazing. The property and pool area are resort-like. It has beautiful views of Camelback Mountain with walking distance to grocery, pharmacy and a dozen amazing restaurants and parks. It's on the second floor, safer and more comfortable with spacious rooms. It's very clean. We are open to renting fully furnished for $1650 if interested, $1450 unfurnished.
