Living room furniture and kitchen appliances are included. Dressers may be included too if desired. The house is 5 min away from DC and close to the Cheverly metro station. Lease duration is negotiable. It could be month-to-month, 6 months, or a year. The situation would be very lax. I own the home but am moving to Baltimore, so i'm simply looking for a replacement for the upstairs suite. The two other roommates will handle most of the cleaning and maintenance.
