The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes cookware, dishes and silverware, and a coffee maker, along with a dishwasher. Essentials like a high chair, pack `n play/travel crib, bathtub, washer and dryer, iron, and hair dryer are provided. Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. Shoes should be removed indoors to help keep the home clean. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you'll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).
