Last 1/4 mile of road up Chinook leading to the house is steep and would need 4WD or AWD and snow tires in winter. There is a detached mechanics shop on the property that could be rented out at additional cost if desired. The shop is outfitted with vehicle lift, overhead crane and shelving currently. There is a separate 1 bedroom apartment with one occupant in the house that is completely separate with different entrance, separate deck and separate driveway access. 6 month lease minimum but 12 month preferred.
