Looking for a responsible renter for a 6-18 month lease. The home features three bedrooms with full size closets and comes fully furnished with Queen size bed, Full size bed, and two bunk beds. Association has a beach and playground behind the house. Also close to Rt.16, quarter mile from a grocery store, state liquor store, pizza shop, and Indian Mound Golf Course. Conway is a short 30 minute drive to the White Mountains, shopping, amusement parks, and restaurants. Hiking trails also nearby for outdoor fun and plenty of indoor entertainment for rainy days. House is on private water supply (no well) which is included in rent. Renter is responsible for heat, electric, internet/TV, trash removal, and snow removal. Heating system is a forced air propane. I've spent over $6000 on insulating the attic and crawlspace so the heating bills are minimized. Water heater is a tankless electric and cost is minimal.
