Every one who lives here is unique and friendly, our ages range from 22 and 39. We live on Mission Hill approximately a five minute walk to most boston hospitals and right down the street from MassArt, Wentworth, Northeastern, and the Museum of Fine Arts, about a one minute walk to the green E line, 39 and 66 bus. three minute walk to banks, bars and Stop N Shop! Street Parking available if you get permit parking which is free if you show them mail with your name on it with our address. To sublet it is $900 per month ....EVERYTHING INCLUDED, all utilities included we need first and last month plus $500 security deposit, total $2300 to move in, if everything goes well of course he will receive your $500 deposit back
