Home is old 18 hundreds style that has been remodeled/updated since 1984 to current time with still some of the old style features. the house went from asbestos siding to clapboard siding. The addict has the rear side finished and expanded while the front has not been newly finished, still old plaster on walls. New boiler and hot water heater within the last 10 years, roof installed I think in 1997 or 1998 one layer 2 on shed. kitchen and 2nd bath need to be remodeled.
