A shower/tub combo for bath lovers. Washer and dryer in unit. New dishwasher. We are a local family and have good relationships with our tenants. We are very responsive to repairs or problems, usually within 24 hours. Our seasoned contractors respond quickly as well. We screen applicants carefully, but those we choose generally stay with us for many years. The renter in the adjacent townhouse has rented with us for over 10 years. Lease is 1 year, with month to month tenancy thereafter. Pets under 35 lbs are welcomed for an additional $25 per month.
